I have to say, we have had some major success. GB has lost 90 pounds. LR has lost 20 + pounds. And as of one year since reading and sharing the information from Dr. Jason Fung's book, I have lost the 20 pounds that I had been trying to lose for years. The diet is basically low carb and high healthy fats, along with intermittent fasting. I have not done Extended Fasting, but it can be done. My longest fast period is 48 hours. I fast twice a week. When you fast you can drink coffee, tea, water and you can also drink broth.
