So my message today is to remember to give Thanks everyday, not just on this celebrated holiday of Thanksgiving. Make it a matter of habit. Make it a state of mind. If you sincerely feel gratitude, you will understand this. You come to know that no matter how bad things are, they could be much, much worse.
Be thoughtful and creative on how to express gratitude to others, family, co-workers, friends, pets, and Your Higher Divinity by both words and actions. Use words frequently and say them sincerely like "Thank You", "I'm grateful" "I appreciate" to show your gratitude. Use actions like writing a simple note to your boss or to that employee who goes above and beyond consistently--little gestures like that go a long way.
And gratitude can be infectious---what a good thing to go around at home and at the workplace, your town, your state, your Country, our World!?!
